Trip to The Vet

My fingernails are growing. They are long. I want long fingernails like Mummy!

This is me in the car after I saw the vet.

Daddy cut one of them but I wouldn't let him cut the other one. I wriggled and bit Daddy's hand and ran away. Daddy said lots of rude words. It was so funny!

Then Daddy took me to the vet. There were lots of other dogs there. It was a bit scary. I didn't bark at the other dogs. They didn't bark at me either.

Then a lady vet came to get me. Daddy picked me up and the lady vet tried to cut my fingernail. I didn't let her. I wriggled lots and lots!

Then the lady vet took me into another room. There were two other vets there. They held me down to cut my fingernail. I wriggled lots and lots and lots but they didn't let me go. I did a pee and they still didn't let me go. Then they cut my fingernail.

I was a bit sad because I can't have long fingernails like Mummy. But I was happy because it's not sore now. And it was so much fun wriggling and trying to stop them cutting my fingernail.

The lady vet took me back out to Daddy. There were even more dogs there. I had a good bark at them all and some of them barked at me too. It was so much fun!

Daddy says I must let him cut my fingernails or he will take me to the vet again. I want long fingernails like Mummy. I will try to grow them really really long now!
